Only a very select few tickets are published in the Knowledge Base for others to benefit. This is due to most problems having little relevance to others.
We have fixed many problem via our ticket website, even giving general advice. No question is too simple or small. Here are some non-published examples:
1) Customer's website (developed/hosted by another supplier) getting hacked and offensive material added.
2) Customer worried about virus found on computer.
3) Customer needed PDF creating software for invoice generation.
4) Customer was receiving excessive spam on the ISP email.
5) Customer wanted to change broadband provider and needed assistance.
6) Customer's website (developed/hosted by another supplier) does not display properly on Internet Browsers other than Internet Explorer.
