29/03/2010 Third party DNS server not resolving. This would have delayed mail delivery between 14:00 and 17:30. Added backup DNS lookup servers.
18/03/2010 Third party DCHP server in Datacentre down. IP address lost. Resolved by 8am.
07/03/2010 Remote UK datacentre server down. Reset and working 9am. Re-scheduled 3am backup JOB.

06/01/2008 Email server locked, restart just produced a port bind error. Secondary server also produced same problem so could not failover. Upgraded to latest version 3.2.10 which fixed problem.
